The more of this you can tell us up front, the quicker and more accurate your quotation will be:

• Whether the project is domestic or commercial
• The service you need (interior, exterior, wallpaper, office, floors, end of tenancy…)
• Your postcode, so we can confirm coverage and travel
• The rooms or areas to be painted, with rough sizes if known
• Whether the property will be occupied or vacant during the work
• Your preferred start date or any deadline (for example a tenancy checkout)
• Any access restrictions — parking, working hours, high-level access
• Photos of the areas, if you can email them — they speed things up considerably
