These are the Google reviews customers have left for PDS Painting Birmingham, a Birmingham painter and decorator working on homes, rental properties and business premises. Our rating sits directly below with a link to our Google Business Profile, so you can check every review at the source.
Our Google Rating at a Glance
The card below shows our star rating and the number of reviews on Google. We update it whenever the figure changes, and the button takes you to the full list on Google.
What Customers Say
We would rather let customers speak for themselves than describe our own work. Each review appears with the name the reviewer uses on Google, their star rating and the month they posted it.
Reviews are never trimmed to change their meaning, never merged together and never rewritten. Where a review mentions the service or the part of Birmingham, that stays in; where it does not, we do not add it. Any replies we have posted can be read under each review on Google.
While we are bringing the full list onto this page, the button on the rating card takes you to every one of our reviews on Google, where you can sort them by newest.
How We Collect and Show Reviews
A short review page is only useful if you can trust how it was put together, so here is how ours works:
- We ask after the job. Once the work is finished, we ask customers if they would leave an honest review on Google.
- We show them all. We do not select only the best reviews for this page, and we never ask only happy customers.
- We do not edit. Spelling, wording and star ratings stay exactly as the customer left them.
- We respond. If a review raises a concern, we reply and try to put it right.
Reviews tell you what it was like to have us in the house. If you would like to see the finished results as well, look through photos of our recent painting jobs, each tagged with the area, the service and the month.

Questions About Our Reviews
Are these reviews real?
Yes. They are the reviews customers have left on our Google Business Profile, shown exactly as they were written. The rating card links straight to that profile, so you can read every review on Google yourself and see when each one was posted.
Do you show negative reviews?
We do not pick and choose. Every review on our Google profile stays there whatever it says, and when we show reviews on this page we show them all, not a selection. If a customer raises a problem in a review, we would rather reply and sort it out than hide it.
Can I see photos of the jobs?
Yes - our recent jobs page shows real work tagged by area, service and month. We only pair a photo with a particular review where that customer has agreed and the job is genuinely theirs, so most photos and reviews are shown separately.
